Eat fruits and avoid junks. Junk foods contain saturated fats that can be absorbed by your body and these fats can be a trigger for acne outbreaks. So, eat more fruits for a healthier skin.

Tip 5:

Get some light. Getting natural sunlight is a healthy way to take good care of your skin. Exposure to healthy amounts of natural sunshine produces extra vitamin D in your body.
